Refund Policy

Endoscopic Spine Foundation India (ESFI) is a registered charitable trust under the Charity Act Society 1860 (Reg No: PALGHAR/000020/2023). It is dedicated to spreading knowledge about endoscopic spine surgery throughout the Indian subcontinent. Our primary objective is to promote a safer and more effective form of spine surgery for degenerative spine conditions.

ESFI conducts numerous annual workshops, training modules, regional conferences, and an Annual World Congress to share and showcase advancements in endoscopic spine surgery. We are deeply appreciative of the doctors from around the world who participate in our programs and help disseminate the message of endoscopy globally.

Regarding cancellations, our policy is as follows:

  • 100% refund is available for cancellations made before 15th March, 2024.
  • 50% refund is applicable for cancellations made before 15th April, 2024.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 15th April, 2024.

We strive to uphold the highest standards of education and training in endoscopic spine surgery, and we thank you for your support and participation in our endeavors.
